Log on to Olo Dashboard. On the left options panel, go to Settings > Enable/Disable Store:
From here, select the location in question:
You will get this screen which will allow you to disable the store for a set time. You must enter a reason in the “Internal Reason” field.
Once you set a reason, select how long you would like to disable the store. Once the time limit is reached, the store will automatically re-enable on Olo. If it the store will be down for an unknown amount of time, select “Never Re-Enable”. Be sure to re-enable once store is ready.
